The Secret Is No Secret At All




Log EVERY item that you put in your mouth BEFORE you eat it...and if you do find something in your mouth that you didn;t log, write it down and log it ASAP!!!!!

More Information:

It's no secret at all, and IT WORKS!!! when you are aware of what each thing you eat does to your nutrition plan, you will make wiser choices. It does require some effort at first,, but it gets easier and soon it becomes second nature!

  • I do what artprinter does, I tend to write something down first. Then I have a tendency to stick to it because I don't want to have to change what I wrote down, plus I feel obligated to do what I wrote because its written! I tend to do this a lot with water intake especially. - by SUZZIEQ81
  • I totally agree! I'm finding that if I track the food I'm planning to eat BEFORE the meal, I am so conscious of how much I'm eating, that it's much easier to stay within my goal for the day. - by ARTPRINTER
