Do what you love.
You don't have to be a mouse on a wheel looking outside through a window. (like on a elliptical) Find a way to go out side and enjoy life!

    I agree. If you can afford it, treat yourself to a personal trainer session once a week or s,o as he/she will ensure you work at the right level to start with so you a) don't throw yourself at it, exhaust and maybe injure yourself, hate it and stop doing it or b) that you work a little harder and don't just take the easy option. It really is money well spent if you tell them what it is you want to achieve.

    I still do not 'enjoy' exercise, but I found a video I can do and that I DO 3-4 times a week. I do like the results, which is what keeps me going.
