Treated myself right this vacation! Walked more than usual. Ordered what I wanted in restaurants (which surprisingly was pretty healthy foods) and ate half of whatever was on the plate! Came back without having gained! A success for sure!

    Wish I had done that - I walked a lot, went to the gym 7 times in my 10 days off, so that was good.But, I "treated" myself to one restaurant visit a day - went to a variety of them, (I usually only treat myself once a week) and thought I was making good choices, but I gained 3 pounds!! Lost them fairly easily, but it was a wake-up call to not get cocky.
