    I have done this myself. I buy the one serving packets and just one will get me through the night with only 100 calories and none of the bad stuff. I don't do this every night, but like you, if I am really hungry it is great.

    I don't like to eat before bed because I think if I eat a good dinner it shouldn't be an issue. Also I have suffered from acid reflux in the past from eating too close to bed time. However, I too have an occasional hunger pang when hitting the sheets. So my solution has been a nice hot cup of swiss miss diet cocoa or a cup of skim milk warmed in the micro with a little vanilla and splenda.
