Eating pickles instead of chips with your sandwhich can majorly cut back in calories.
I often love to eat a tuna sandwich and I used to eat chips along with it, but now, to cut back in calories- I eat baby pickles instead. Its only 5 calories for 3 of them, and they are really satisfying. Cucumber slices are also a good substitute for chips. I love how crunchy cucumbers are.

Pickles, i know, are pretty high in sodium, but low in calories, basically none. You will most likely get sick of them before they affect you negatively though, but if you are sure they wont, control yourself. If you get sick of them, and tell yourself, "I am only going to eat these," your good! :)
