I have noticed that ever since I gave up diet soda my weight loss has been easier. I didn't what people were telling me was true, but turns out it is. Diet soda is not as great as most people make it out to be.
It was hard, bu just leave he diet soda alone!

Just don't drink it! Diet or Regular it is just nasty and a bad habit. I challenge soda drinkers to write down the ingredients and then research what they are and what they do to your body. One key point I want to make is Diet is not better for you than regular. Diet soda is just as likely to cause health issues, like diabetes, as regular soda. Educate yourself!

If you quit drinking diet soda and replace it with water and/or tea with no artificial sweetener, you will be amazed at how much easier it is to stick to your diet plan. I lost 5 pounds of bloating the first week I quit diet soda. I was drinking anywhere from 3 to 10 cans of soda a day. Not good!
