If I start the day with something sweet, all I want is more sweet things all day. If I start the day with something light and not so sweet I find I do better all day long.

    2 glasses of water

    bran cereal

    non fat milk

    low fat yoghurt and fruit on top sometimes.

  • You aren't kidding! I missed breakfast today and I've been playing catch up all day - and not in a good way. I find that when I have oatmeal or eggs I'm much better all day. - by EMMAINTERESTING
