1-Eat for purpose: With the exception of special occasions, the food I eat has 2 purposes. The first is to fuel my body so I can feel good throughout the day. The second is to sustain it throughout my life. I want to meet my grandbaby's one day.
2-Exercise! Consistently! Find ways to stay active.
3-Plan ahead:If u get hungry everyday at 4pm, pack a snack that will keep u on track.
4-REST: Getting enough sleep is vital for your metabolism
5-Nurture positive relationships-Sparkpeople can help

Life is so short! There is so much that we can do to improve the quality of the one we were given. YOU are in the drivers seat!!!!!!!
