This Sparked Me!

I work on the 1st floor of my building, but I use the restroom on the 3rd floor. On the way back to my office, I stop to walk a lap around the 2nd floor. According to my pedometer, this route takes me 600 steps--540 more than if I use the restroom closest to me on the 1st floor! emoticon

Totally agree with you on this one - I've been using it myself. Around the building at work as well as ditching the car at lunchtime and walking to and from lunch. Walking is fabulous! Thanks SP for instilling this great habit to not go to bed until at least 10k steps are logged - totally agree with HAPPYMOM8 too!

that is what I do by too. I don't go to bed until I have chalked up 10,000 steps. Half of them are with daily chores and the other half I do on the Elliptical. what ever it takes.

Rhonda - what a great plan! - I park at the far end of the parking lot and gripe if anyone takes "my" spot! emoticon
