Enjoying Exercise More




Now that I'm not going to the gym, I went to my Exercise Tracker and swapped out all the gym stuff foe every exercise that my health issues will allow. Since there are about 3 dozen, I can choose 10 or so to do each exercise day. I really enjoy doing what my body can do on any given day. I find that even on non strength exercise days, I'll do some through out the day and it is now fun to exercise.

More Information:

I use: hand weight's, resistance bands, the wall and a chair.
