Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia)
Almond Butter, 1 T
Flaxseed, 1/2 tbsp
Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, 1/4 oz
Pumpkin Seeds, 0.5 oz (43 seeds)

I just cut up apple... dip it in the almond butter or the seeds or both. I love the crunch and I also like playing with my food... and eating with my fingers LOL
