When eating meals I use a smaller plate and silver ware. I eat off a Salad plate and use a Salad fork. It may seem simple but it can trick you into thinking your eating as much as anyone else. Also drink a full glass of water before every meal. This can help fill you up before you eat.
Anytime you sit down to eat, there are simple ways to slim down your portions. Less is best! ;)
