Stop Eating After Dinner



stop eating after you finish dinner- the kitchen is closed for the night!!
this one thing helps me so much! I usually stay on my plan all day, adn then munch mindlessly at night, unless I close the kitchen. if i am feeling hungry, I will have a drink of water, or some hot herbal tea.

  • I agree with NewStartNow50. I, too struggle with mindless eating after dinner. Having had my 3 balanced meals and a couple of snacks I blow it all with pigging out in the evenings. Closing the kitchen to all but water or herbal tea sound perfect to me.

    I also have been finding the tracking really useful for curbing the after dinner blow out. Knowing I have to write everything down and count every calorie that passes the lips is a form of accountability that so far is keeping me pretty honest. :) - by GOURMETLOSER
    I agree with this, but recent studies shown that it doesnt matter what time of the day you consume your amount of calories, although breakfast helps you to kickstart your metabolism, its all about the amount of calories you consume every day, month , year. It all adds up. Eating less at night improves your sleep patterns especially when dinner is consumed earlier - by SANDYVIP
