I do exercise every day. It is much easier, then to exercise only every other day, or 2-3x per week. It's just part of every day of my life. So it happens always.

    I need to exercise every day, but I do enjoy my one day off each week!

    You have a good plan, and it's most definitely working for you. I exercise 4-5 mornings a week but I'd like it to be more.

    I completely agree; even if it isn't an all out / hard down routine on a daily basis! Get up and get moving as often and as much as you can, make it a part of your daily routine!

    I AM NEW TO SPARK, BUT AM WORKING, WORKING, WORKING, ON DOING "SOMETHING" EVERYDAY!!!! OTHERS MAY RUN 5K, I AM HAPPY TO "MOVE 5+ MINUTES!" EVERY DAY, EVERY TIME, EVERY WAY, I AM GETTING HEALTHIER.
