Retaining Water? Eat Protein!




Avoid Carbonated drinks and salty foods like hot dogs, pickles, soy sauce, pretzels, chips, salted butter, canned soup (make Homemade). Even Ketchup! Eat protein it can be a natural diuretic. UP YOUR FIBER INTAKE, & drink more water as dehydration & inadequate fluid intake can actually cause water retention. Sounds silly, but true. Take B complex and B12, eat juicy fruits like watermelon, cantaloupe, and berries. And of course, exercise or take a long walk daily.
