I have had a lousy weekend after coming down with a nasty stomach bug. The entire time I was lousy, I kept thinking about what I should eat. The reality is that we have to do what we need for good health. Don't forget the BRAT diet--bananas, rice, applesauce, toast. It will get you through!! (It's not only for our kids!)

I was so sick on Tuesday night that I couldn't keep anything down. I lay down. Most of today I lay down as well. Sometimes, the best thing to do when you are sick is to lay down until you get to feeling better. I was able to do a little bit of exercise tonight.
Pickles, i know, are pretty high in sodium, but low in calories, basically none. You will most likely get sick of them before they affect you negatively though, but if you are sure they wont, control yourself. If you get sick of them, and tell yourself, "I am only going to eat these," your good! :)
