I want to cut BACK on certain things, but not cut them out completely. I refuse to give up things that I truly love. Denying myself makes for terrible cravings. So, I created the once a month club. For those REALLY bad things that I love, but want to limit! I allow myself 3 from the list each month!

Some things in my once a month club: A Starbucks Frappacino (no whip), A Mc Donald's breakfast meal, a piece of birthday cake, a night of drinking, one fast food dinner, a Costco hot dog, a milkshake, chips and dip for one snack, Coldstone Ice Cream, or a BBQ burger from Red Robin.

I weigh myself once a month, measure BF% once a month, inches once a month. I do not focus on numbers too much. I focus more on how I feel and what I look like. That's how you truly can tell changes are happening, well that and blood test too!
