It does really works.

Before going to bed drink plenty of water, have a good 8-9 hours sleep, when you wake up, go pee, and weight in, you'll see wonderful weight loss (probably). If you still sleepy go back to sleep but don't sleep too much., don't want to wake up tired of too much sleep.

    Most studies now show that getting 7-8 hours sleep is healier than getting 9 hours. Too much sleep is as bad as too little.
