I take flax seed everyday, no matter if its seeds or ground. My body needs this in order to stay regular, I also drink plenty of water, Can't get enough of it, it flushes my system and gets rid of all the toxins.

Omega 3's lower cholesterol and triglycerides. Excellent sources of omega-3s are salmon, mackerel, and tuna, rainbow trout and sardines. Anchovies too! Walnuts, Almonds, brazil nuts,pumpkin seeds and eggs also a good source
Sesame seeds and flax seed is also good.
