I guess my secret isn't really a secret, however in my many attempts to take ownership of my health I have found that by staying connected to my Spark community and giving feedback as well as getting feedback keeps me motivated to keep going. When people ask if I am on a diet I say no, diets fail. I am in a club now that helps me to focus on my conscious decision to be more healthy. I will never diet again, just be aware of my choices. Very motivating, freeing, and failure-free!

I aim for 1000 spark points a month...that's a lot, and I don't often really make it, BUT by aiming that high, I have to really be on the site every day, reading the articles, taking quizzes and reading blogs, etc. Sometimes I will do a daily challenge where I challenge myself to get every single point possible on my "my points" page...again, not totally do-able for me...but it keeps me immersed in the site, and my goals right in front of me!
