Don't waste food, make the best of leftovers and use produce before it spoils.
Leftover pasta? Scramble an egg, put pasta in pan, scambled together & serve, or take the spaghetti, mix with sauce & put inside of a taco w/ some lettuce and cheese. Stir fry left over veggies, pour over brown or wild rice. Chunk tuna in water with white beans, lemon juice and olive oil served on lettuce wraps are cheap fish tacos. Add brown or Wild Rice,oatmeal or chopped onion to lean hamburger to stretch it. Add chopped onion, celery or other negative calorie veggies to make meatloaf.
