Ingredients: Spark People, Strength training, Cardio, Blogging, Goals, Setbacks (yes, everyone has them).
Directions: Mix all ingredients and allow them time to blend together. Set oven temperature for fat burning. Place on a baking sheet and spread all ingredients evenly until it's ready. Once it has baked (time varies depending on altitude and climate) remove from the oven and examine. Add new goals and continue baking. Share with a friend. Enjoy!
