When the weather is cold and I don't feel like drinking cold water I am tempted to drink way too much coffee. Now I drink hot water, sometimes with a slice of lemon or steep some grated ginger for a couple of minutes and then strain it out, giving a warming spicy drink with no calories.

    Hi JoannaJ! Have you tried herbal tea? It has caffeine but a different type than coffee that doesn't effect you like coffee. I limit myself to one cup of coffee a day. emoticon
