I have to say...I took to the floor last night and went through three piles of paper and who knows what. What a great feeling! Just do it. Stop looking at it and saying you'll get to it. You will fee so much better.

Keeping health and exercise magazines around the house helps keep me motivated and on track. In the past few years I found myself browsing the computer, reading cookbooks and becoming more sedentary. I recently subscribed to several fitness magazines and found that just having them laying around my house in different places were gentle reminders. Now I am reading more healthy articles and less dessert recipes.
