I buy snack bags, sandwich bags & medium bags. When I shop, I buy full size packages & then come home & weigh & measure the portions out & put them in bags. This is important for meat, cheese & anything that I would binge or tend to overeat. This way, I can have what I want because it's portioned & it's easy to control.
When I do my grocery shopping, I come home and take a few minutes to read the nutritional content on the box/bag of snacks. I bought the snack size plastic bags and I portion out one serving in each bag. Then when I'm packing my lunch or needing a snack, it's as easy as grabbing and eating!
