Prep And Pack Ahead Of Time



I have found the easiest way for me to eat my fruits and veggies during the week is to pack them all on Sunday. I spend about an hour or so cutting up carrots and other veggies and bagging them in serving sizes. I then take my apples/oranges or whatever fruit I have on hand and I put them in groups in the fridge. This makes it easy to grab my healthy snacks each day as I run out the door.
