Stay within your calorie range, but also keep your sugar grams below 25 grams for the day. It works for me every time! There are lots of carbs out there which are low in sugar (beans, berries, weight control Oatmeal). I use the Notes feature to keep up with the sugar grams that I consumed each meal.
I don't like to eat this way all the time as it really cuts into my love of tropical fruits, but it sure works to get the scale moving again.
