Fighting The "Mindless Munchies"

I am quite the night owl and used to find myself mindlessly munching on...well, just about anything within reach while watching television or surfing the internet at night. Once I joined I traded in my "mindless munching" for reading motivational blogs and informational articles. By doing this I am not only learning more about how to live a healthy lifestyle, but reaching for those M & M's or potato chips just somehow no longer seem appealing to me.

    I have the same problem.. I think I will give that a try !! It might just keep me reminded of what I should be doing.
Last night I mindless ate my way through an extra 400 calories..
