Every once in a while, a holiday can't hurt! Easter, Christmas, Birthdays to name a few. Don't be the sourpuss "I'm on a diet - I can't eat that." Eat healthy, enjoy the company, watch the portions, and don't stress over it. It is a holiday, not everyday.
