A great snack for combating cravings, uping my protein and fiber intake is two Metamucil cookies spread w 1 teaspoon crunchy peanut butter on each cookie. & 8 oz water
Cookies come in apple and cinnamon flavor.
Fiber aids w constipation I get because of prescribed iron pills.
Protein helps with energy levels.
