Having a good breakfast every morning sets me up for eating well the rest of the day...Every Sunday evening, I make a batch of oatmeal or plain yogurt with fresh fruit parfaits and pack it up in single serving reusable containers. I also make a dozen hard boiled eggs for my husband and I for easy access to healthy protein for snacks or to round out my breakfast.

    I forgot to add...it's much cheaper making bulk batches of oatmeal or yogurt cups than it is buying prepackaged, individual serving sized versions...and you know what's in it! emoticon
