Sometimes I need a visual reminder to help me when I am weak.,It can be at a family buffet where I think I might eat too much , snap the arm band as a reminder of my personal efforts. ,this helps me be accountable for myself by being aware : )

Keep the junk out of the house. It's very easy for motivation to decline. When you're feeling weak and the junk is in reach, you're likely to cave. If its not in the house, you'll learn to deal with cravings and realize they too shall pass.
