Serve Sweet potatoes daily because they are easy on your budget & because they have lots of vitamin C, fiber and beta-carotene. Use them to prepare oven fries, oven fries, mashed potatoes, & stews or just pierce a whole sweet potato with a fork, wrap in a damp paper towel, and microwave for four to five minutes. The fiber helps lower blood sugar by slowing the formation of glucose. They are such complex carbohydrates, sweet potatoes can help weight loss and are great for diabetics as well.

This is too simple to be called a recipe - but put a couple of chicken breasts (frozen works fine) in the crock pot and pour Kraft Light Original BBQ sauce over it. Let it cook for at least 4 hours. You just can't get a main course any easier than that!
