I have been adding bell peppers and mushrooms or any other veggie that goes with the meal to ground meats when I cook them. This is a great way to add the extra nutrients and fiber into meal and helps in getting those five a day!

    I try to add shredded carrots and zucchini

    I add grated carrots along with celery to ground meat too. Extra veggies in pasta dishes are great
