Smaller Plate, Smaller Fork, Small Dinner

I have seen (heard and tried), using a smaller dinner plate, I also use a salad fork to eat with (and if you are on the run, those plastic folks are about salad size). You can't get as much on your fork, causing you to slow down (which was a big problem for me), if you are eating slower maybe it will be less! We still need 20 minutes for our brain to know our tummy is full.

    I am doing the same thing!! I went from the large plates to the smaller middle plate. I use the smallest spoon or fork we have and I get full a lot faster and eat less..... emoticon
