Not drinking enough water? Most people should drink at least 8 cups of water daily, but for various reasons some fail to do so. Here's a little secret that is a sure fire way to add an extra cup of water, if not more with no hassle: Add hot spices (not salt) to your food or perhaps make a small but spiiiiicy side dish! Try Tabasco sauce, chili powder, Cajun seasoning or spice curry! Be creative! :)

    Frank's Red Hot sauce adds tang but not much heat so you don't burn your mouth. Believe it or not I love it on cottage cheese.
