I have problems w/ gym commitment so I found an exercise routine that I love & can commit to. Pole dancing is the ultimate workout. you use all muscle groups at one time while dancing & finding your inner sexy! The room was filled w/ women (only) from all ages groups, shapes & sizes. we had a blast!
No equipment needed if you find a gym like crunch or a dance studio that offers this class. You will forget you are working out & go all out; the next morning you will feel the burn ;). There are other classes like lap dance too. will also increase your flexibility
