This Sparked Me!

Diabetes & pre-diabetics are at an increased risk of fatty liver disease. Fat accumulates in the liver with poor diet. Very common in people who are overweight and have diabetes mellitus, or those who consume liquor excessively. If weight loss can be acheived, then reduction of fat cells in the liver may also be prevented. Losing weight will also put less strain on your gallbladder, reduce sleep apnea, the chances of gout, and even depression. Aim for 5 lbs. to start feeling better.
