I dress my salad by using a 1 gal. Zip Lock bag. I put in the greens and add 1-2 tsp. olive oil 1st. I shake the bag for 15 sec. or so and coat all the leaves with the oil. Then I can add the kind of vinegar I like. Crumbled cheese, nuts, etc. sparingly on top! Uses so little & tastes so good!

  • WHAT A WONDERFUL IDEA, I HAVE BEEN DIPPING MY FORK INTO A MEASURED AMOUNT OF DRESSING. SOMETIMES IT WOULD BE TOO MUCH AND SOMETIMES NOT ENOUGH. NOW IT WILL BE ALOT EASIER. THANKS SO MUCH FOR SHARING - by H2OPUP
