All I can say is portion control! It is important! I eat 50% veggies and fruits, 25% protein ( fish, chicken, etc...) and 25% whole grains.... I have lost and kept it off this way! Oh yeah! Lots and lots of water to go with it!!!!

    Seems simple enough. I'm so used to having a huge helping of potatoes and protein...adding fruit to my meal? Who knew? :)

    What portion is chocolate? Just kidding, the percentages you mentioned are golden, I really need to work on getting in more veggies and fruit and less fat, thanks for the tip. Happy Easter
