I recently had several basal cell carcinoma areas removed from my back and leg. I am a fair-skinned redhead and, yes, I used to lay in a tanning bed. What is the world was I thinking? Melanoma is one of my biggest fears and never will I return to my old ways. I love, love the spray tans now!

Soak 2 slices of day old Bread in full cream Milk for 10 minutes.Apply to this mixture to Face,Neck and Arms and rub in well..Leave on for 5-10 minutes to soak into the skin.Wash off with warm Water and pat dry.This application leaves the Skin petal soft and deep cleanses as well as moisturises it.
