If you feel like you are overwhelmed and don't have time to get everything done, break it up into 60s segments. This is also great if you aren't feeling motivated- after all, we can all manage to do something, no matter how much we hate it, for just a minute.
Eg- Count to 60s while folding laundry. Now you're done. Do dishes for 60s. Then clean the bathroom for 60s. Feeling good still? go back to the laundry for 60s. Don't let yourself keep doing the same thing longer than 60s or you may get bored or distracted. 10min a day can keep my house clean this way!
