Did you know that you continue to burn calories post workout! It's called excess post-exercise oxygen consumption. I call it afterburn. Try going on a BRISK morning walk before breakfast for 10 - 30 minutes. (you could also do this before lunch and dinner) Don't forget to eat within the first 90 minutes of waking, which also revs up the metabolism. emoticon
