To lose weight and feel better I had to do something different. It began with something very simple. I picked a fruit and a vegetable that I really liked and ate it before
every meal. The apple gave me great fiber and eliminated the need for junk.
It gave me the chance to really think about what I eat and began to look at each meal differently. The biggest change that happened after 6 months was weighin a chicken breast on a scale. I discovered my portions were whack!
