Set goals. One of the secrets to being successful in a lifestyle change is to set goals. Set a long term goal first this is the ultimate goal. Then set several intermediate goals. These will be easier to reach thus helping you feel successful along the way. Then add a dose of perseverance.
Short term goals are much easier to achieve. Each successive goal brings you closer to your ultimate goal.
