For the last 3 weeks I haven't been exercising regularly, haven't tracked food properly, haven't made sure to drink 8 glasses of water/day... I've been kidding myself but I haven't kidded the scale, and have re-gained 3 lbs. Time to wake up. Time to re-read some of the motivation articles, make the low-fat vegetable soup, eat only whole wheat breads, cut back on the salt and fat. I matter. I deserve to succeed... but I have to do the work first!

Ive recently returned to college and this site and I've been tired and unmotivated lately. I've noticed that by forcing myself to just get my workout clothes on when I know I have an hour until my roommate comes back, I become more energized and willing to workout, and put myself in a better mood for the rest of the day knowing I've done my workout
I've been watching the show "Hoarders" lately. I am a horrid housekeeper but nothing but my attic looks like that!! I really feel for those people..Wait..my pantry too!! so I have made myself a pact that i will do one small area per day to get those 2 places livable again..
i take care of very sick children as a nurse and every time i start to get down on myself i think how lucky i am that me and my husband have 2 healthy kids. the parents of the kids that i take care of have great outlooks on life even with sick kids, so why shouldn't i with 2 healthy kids
