My best motivation to eat less is to wear a belt. I cinch it to where it is snug, but comfortable. When I am eating, the belt lets me know that I am full long before I realize it. I don't want to loosen it, so I stop eating.

When you feel a craving and temptation to gorge, tighten your belt a notch—as a reminder of the size you'd like to be. Pass on the elastic waist when attending functions that involve eating. A snug waistband or belt can help to hold you back from overeating.
