I try to log on to Sparkpeople every day.....no matter how hectic my day has been, as long as I have Internet access I will track my food and exercise. This keeps me accountable .....ad I never feel like i am on this journey by myself !

Don't give up if you start falling back into your old habits. Just stay on Spark, keep logging in every day and you will eventually get back on track. This site is the only reason that I will continue to lose weight.
i log onto sparkpeople.com every morning to track my breakfast. i find this helps keep me motivated throughout the day. if i can't log on from work to track my snacks and lunch, i'll log on again at night to track my food and workouts for the day. starting and ending my day with sparkpeople.com has helped me on my weight loss and better health journey.
