Stop That Night Time Snacking



One recent discovery is: I eat when I'm tired - night time being the most intense. When I listen to my body saying "tired" and go to bed, I avoid the added calorie intake and get a decent night's sleep. emoticon

Getting enough sleep at night helps avoid "tired" during the next day, which also prevents snacking.
