Flaxseed Can Control Appetite!




Flax expands when ingested, making you feel fuller. You might want to take flax 30 minutes before meals to control your appetite. Sprinkle flaxseed on your cold cereal or hot oatmeal at breakfast, on salads or in soups, in yogurt. Add flax to tomato sauces, casseroles,meatballs or meatloaf, ontop of veggies or in your mayo. Ground flaxseed, as a whole seed, or flaxseed oil all are good for your health, can lower BP and Cholesterol & has omega 3's. Try it you'll heart will thank you.
